Brightening Life with Creativity,
one day at a time...
These little flowers are beautiful! They thrive in the sun without much water or TLC (being in the succulent family) and have new blooms every day!
My son planted several in two barrel planters on our back porch and it is a wonderful surprise everyday to see what colors appear; everything from pale pink to vibrant fuchsia, orange, red, white and several hues of yellow!
By now you should know that flowers are one of my most favorite things. The details that God packs into these creations that fade away at sunset amaze me. Look at those stamen! The petals are like paper, but yet have so much depth of color!
Planting portulaca may become one of annual traditions!
